My biggest recent works for a personal comic I’m working on :) These are my best examples of entire scenes that I do.

Portfolio

This is a (small) collection of some of my best and favorite pieces I’ve done for me and my friends in the last 2 years. My strongest skills are in coloring and shading, as well as more fantastical creature designs rather than humans and anthros.

Colored Sketches

The second most common pieces I do are usually colored sketches. Most of these examples are personal art that I didn’t clean up. However rest assured, any commission in this style will definitely be cleaned up and polished well.

Backgrounds

Backgrounds absolutely bring every piece together and are one of the funnest parts to draw and color. For backgrounds, I specialize in fantastical, sci-fi and natural landscapes rather than man made places like buildings or coffee shops. My favorite backgrounds to draw are forests, grassy plains, mountains and desert or southwestern settings especially.

about the artist

I’m Sam, a 21 year old artist from Las Vegas.
I’m a full time artist working by myself with little support from my family and just drawing dragons to get by. I’m saving up to move to a more permanent and comfortable living situation, every single commission helps me get to this goal.

A little info about me so you can better understand what I like to draw and what I can draw for you:)

I was a warrior cats AND guardians of gahoole kid throughout school, and the only games I ever played were the Spyro games, absolutely obsessed.
That’s the kind of person you’re dealing with.
This means I kick ass at drawing cats, wolves, birds, dragons and just about every other animal you can think of, whether it’s realistic, furry, or anthro.
Though my strongest point is in animals and fantasy creatures, I also enjoy the fallout series to an unhealthy extent. If you want art of your courier or soul survivor, I would be thrilled to draw them too.
Besides that, I absolutely love Art Deco and mid century modern/atomic age themed art and designs and would love to expand into that sort of thing.
Go Wild! Give me your best references, tell me all about the characters you want me to draw, I want to be as excited to draw stuff for you as you are to commission me, it’s all about having fun here.

Will Draw

  • Animals (anthro,realistic or anywhere in between)

  • Humans (I can draw human characters, but please note that they’re definitely not my strong point. Regardless I will do my best)

  • Natural or fantasy backgrounds.

  • SOME gore is fine, like blood and a little bit of guts.

  • Nsfw isn’t my strong point either, but I’m more than comfortable drawing it.

  • If you have a question, just ask :)

Won’t Draw

  • Freaky shit. (extreme fetishes, anything illegal, piss, ddlg, or anything I find to be too gross)

  • Mechas. (I’m not that powerful yet)

  • Extreme gore.

  • Any sort of hateful art or art that promotes hate.

  • Extremely detailed backgrounds of man made things. (Think, a busy city street)

  • Art of a real person without their consent.

  • Large Detailed crowds.

Disclaimer

At the end of the day, I reserve the right to deny any commission request. This doesn’t mean I don’t like you or that I disagree with what you’re asking me to draw, there are just some things I’m not comfortable or confident in drawing.

If you’re commissioning me it’s also important to know that I ask for two payments; half of the total price up front, once you pay the half up front, your spot in the lineup will be placed. The other half of the payment is BEFORE I send the final product. Only after this final payment will I send the final product.

I also generally do not accept refunds after the process has started, (About 2-5 days between upfront payment and when I begin work on your commission, this is plenty of time to consider if now is the right time to commission me) Unless however there’s some kind of emergency obviously, and with no hard feelings.
This is for my own protection, so that i have enough money to eat every month.

Prices

Sketch Art

  • Headshots through full-body sketches are the same price.

  • Sketches (no color) $10

  • Sketches (Flat color) $20

  • Sketches (colored & shaded with a background) $50

Clean Lined Art

  • Headshots through full-body sketches are the same price.

  • Line art (no color) $20

  • Line art (flat color) $30

  • Line art (colored & shaded) $40

  • Line art (colored & shaded with a simple color background) $45

  • Line art (colored & shaded with a detailed background) $75

Icons

  • An icon is a headshot that is clean lined, shaded, And with or without a simple background for $30

Scenes

  • A scene is a single piece with full colors, shading and a background with your choice of either a clean lined character or a sketch lined character for a flat rate of $150

Extras

  • Each piece comes with 1 character, every additional character is $20 extra.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Once again, if you’re commissioning me, I ask for two payments; half of the total price up front, once you pay the half up front, your spot in the lineup will be placed. The other half of the payment is BEFORE I send the final product. Only after this final payment will I send the final product.
